due grafici fianco a fianco

Ciao, ci sono alcuni post simili ma non ho trovato esattamente quello che cerco.

Ho creato grafici alfa-diversità di due indici diversi e voglio presentarli uno accanto all'altro (sono scale diverse)

l'utilizzo di due assi Y, ad esempio destra e sinistra, crea confusione.

Quindi voglio effettivamente creare due grafici separati e visualizzarli fianco a fianco.

ecco l'output del pacchetto phyloseq in R.

 

Ho i dati anche come tabella e desidero ricreare i grafici in JMP. Qualche idea?

E se vuoi solo "punta e fai clic", puoi avvicinarti impostando i grafici nel modo desiderato "manualmente", quindi utilizzando "Finestra> Combina finestre ...":
