Attached and below are some guidelines for video thumbnails to be used while posting videos to the JMP Youtube channel or here in the community. While designing these thumbnails consideration was given to: JMP branding (colors/logo), YouTube text title placement and finally topic/text legibility when shown next to other video thumbnails. The purpose of using them where possible is to provide visual consistency and help our JMP users who's main goal is to find what they're looking for on the channel.
There are 2 options for us to choose from:
- Use a group of 3 or less larger contextual icons using the provided .png frames with the appropriate playlist color scheme (icon library coming soon or just ask me to create you one)
- Use a 1920x750 contextual screen grab with the appropriate playlist color scheme.
