How do I create a column formula that automatically update based on specified date & time?

How do I create a column formula that automatically update based on specified date & time to new Work Week (WW), Monday-Sunday and Day/Night (D/N)

Time duration for:

Day is from 7 AM - 7 PM

Night is from 7:01 PM until 6:59 AM

Note: Sunday is WW_.0, Monday WW_.1, Tuesday is WW_.2, Wednesday WW_.3, Thursday WW_.4, Friday WW_.5, Saturday WW_.6, 

 

For example:

1. The 2nd column is a formula column and it will be WW26.4D when the date & time is 2020/06/22 3:27:09 PM
2. WW27.1N when the date & time is 2020/06/30 1:23:09 AM
