Recommended comprehensive educational course for learning JMP, and its application to Customer Service / SaaS industry

Hello everyone! 

It's been a while... I missed the JMP community. 

I took a detour from analytics in 2016 and now going back to this path again. 

I would like to ask everyone's help: 
What's the best way to relearn JMP professionally? 
Preferably with a focus on real-world applications to the Customer Service / SaaS industry.

Is there a JMP university of sorts headed by Professor Julian Parris?

I would recommend enrolling in the free online statistical course, Statistical Thinking for Industrial Problem Solving.

 

Another create resource would be the materials in the Learn JMP section of the Community.

In addition to @Ryan_Gilmore 's great recommendation, whenever people came to me and asked for 'JMP training'. I was careful to have them make the distinction between two possible avenues that they might be really asking for:

 

1. Pure JMP and ONLY JMP training. Where the focus is on 'how do I get JMP to (fill in the blank)?' This is more for the person who has a fairly high level of data visualization and analytics background already and their primary goal is how to leverage JMP/JMP Pro for highest impact in the work they do.

 

2. A combination of the above AND data visualization, analytics, or application development within the JMP ecosystem. This could include not just analytics/data viz, but scripting, application development, or using capabilities such as JMP Live or JMP Public to advance their organization's or personal skills.

That's a very useful decision path, @P_Bartell. 

It would be option #1 for me since the firm doesn't have the JMP-SAS ecosystem.
