JMP Clinical 8 is HERE!
This past week the Life Sciences team released JMP Clinical 8. Larry did a great writeup on Inside JMP of what the key features are and where to find resources. Key items/resources to note:

- New blogs on those features:
Please make sure to check out the sales toolkit to learn more.
Semiconductor Training
A huge thanks to Mark Zwald for presenting this week on the semiconductor industry. We have had great feedback on this session where sales teams learned about semiconductors, how they are made, different sectors within the industry and how JMP can apply. If you happen to miss this session, please refer to this page where you can view the recording and review key points from the session. Additionally we have a semi industry page that has a bit more detail. To see what other training is planned, please refer to the training schedule.
JMP Live Evals Updates
- In an effort to make sure teams and customers have a clear understanding of how to get the most out of the 3 month JMP Live eval period, we have created a JMP Live Eval Checklist template. Once a sales team has received approval for their JMP Live eval, this checklist is a good starting point to know what should happen in those 3 months.
- Highlights from Current and on-going JMP Live Evals
- J&J (Started Nov 3). Up and running. Some issues around security and employees working from home. Dieter Pisot has everything all set now and they are up and running.
- Sanofi (Started Nov 10. Paperwork returned, paid eval started). Challenges around data sizes with 15.2 and Column Switcher, which will be partially addressed in JMP 16 and more fully addressed in 17. Florence is working with the customer on their use-cases and SME expectations and user feedback.
- JMP Live Sales being updated to JMP 16 soon. Andy is finalizing upgrading publish scripts to be compatible with the new JSL interface. We look forward to feedback from JMP Live Sales users within the division on JMP Live 16 improvements.
- Changes to the 2021 JMP Live Eval process and parameters. For 2021 up to 50 (Changed from 100 in 2020) users can participate in the eval for 3 months for 20k USD. The JMP Live Evals will be continued to be hosted on AWS by JMP.
