Set Probability Threshold in SVM (JMP 16)

Two questions:

1. Has anyone noticed this behavior in JMP 16? Changing the Probability Threshold causes the output to immediately move to Model Comparison output (scroll up to the top)? I do not get this behavior in JMP 15

I get this behavior whether I type the value in or use the slider.

2. Can someone help me understand how the default Probability Threshold is determined? I am not sure what is being described in the JMP documentation: "By default, this value is based on the classification decision rule that is calculated by the platform.":
