[Announcement summary]
In recent years, business intelligence and people analytics, which analyze and visualize the data accumulated daily in corporate management and use it for strategy formulation and decision making, have been attracting attention. In this presentation, we will report an example of analyzing survey data on employees and organizations by JMP and using the results in consulting proposals for management decision-making.
Quantitative and qualitative organizational surveys conducted to understand the actual situation of an organization are indispensable in corporate management consulting activities. In order to realize the sustainable growth of the organization brought about by the growth of each employee, it is desirable to visualize the state of the organization from these survey data and utilize it for future prediction and decision making.
In this case, we apply JMP's multivariate analysis function and a methodology using visualization tools such as analysis model diagrams and structural model diagrams to the data acquired by Company A. As a result, it becomes possible to make easy-to-understand proposals to the management of Company A. In this presentation, we will introduce a series of flows from data acquisition to proposals for analysis methods that go one step further from general analysis using descriptive statistics.

I have been studying QM (quality management), SQM (statistical quality management) and design theory for nearly 50 years. Since the beginning of the 21st century, we have proposed the design paradigm Hyper Design, developed the mathematical HOPE theory, and jointly developed the support software HOPE-Add-in with SAS. A new design method is realized by the trinity of super design, which is the idea, HOPE theory, which is statistical mathematics, and HOPE-Add-in for JMP, which is a support tool. And we propose multi-group principal component regression analysis on the social science extension of this theory.
