Announcement title: To prevent medical collapse due to turnover! Analysis of causes of turnover of medical staff and changes in satisfaction before and after changing jobs
The collapse of medical care means that a stable and continuous medical care provision system cannot be established due to the turnover of medical staff and the deterioration of hospital management.
So far, we have analyzed the potential factors leading to turnover in order to prevent medical collapse due to turnover. Therefore, this time, we surveyed doctors, nurses, and hospital pharmacists who have left their jobs, and investigated the actual factors that led to their turnover and the changes in job satisfaction (satisfaction rate of change) due to job changes, and compared the types of jobs. .. The survey was conducted on medical professionals who were registered as monitors by a Web research company. A two-dimensional attached map was drawn from a correspondence analysis to compare the reasons for leaving a job between occupations and age groups. Male hospital pharmacists (under 37 years old) and male doctors (under 37 years old) have the same direction regarding salary and career advancement. The female hospital pharmacist (under 37 years old) and the female doctor (under 37 years old) were attached to the same direction regarding marriage and child-rearing. Next, as a result of analyzing the change in job satisfaction due to job change by partition, hospital pharmacists tended to have no children, increased their annual income, and those under 37 years old and unmarried tended to have lower job satisfaction due to job change. Visualizing the factors associated with reduced job satisfaction due to job changes may discourage employee turnover.
