Adding Iterations to Random Uniform Script

Hi all,

Using a columns of generated population standard deviations and means I am looking to generate random uniform values for each row of my data set using the 'random uniform ()' function. I'd like to iterate over 2000 times and calculate the average random generated number. Instead of running a for loop is there a way to randomly generate 2000 numbers and get the average of those easily? Nothing in the scripting guide with this information.

Let me know if this can be accomplished with the 'random uniform ()' function.

mean(repeat(random uniform(1,999999999),2000))
