I was wondering is there is an option or a script to create the Patient profile dashboards in JMP 14, as I don't have access to JMP Clinical.

That patient profile dashboard is really complex. I don't think I've seen a method for creating it outside of JMP Clinical. Part of it has to do with the format of the LB domain and some of the complexities of its CDISC format.
I was just checking the data structure for a single subject in the patient profile in JMP Clinical. It has three tables, the Profile, Medical History and Demographics. The Profile table is 187 cols by 186 rows for this one subject. It looks like it has data from DM and LB domains.
I think that recreating the patient profile dash board is going to be the easy part, assembling the data, not so much. None of the scripts are exposed so it's not even inherently hackable like most of the standard report platforms.
