How to find Association Rules when the data is in Binary Format?
I suspect you mean that your data is in a wide format. For example, Each product has its own column. Each row is a transaction or customer. If the customer buys the product there is a 1 or qty if not, then 0.
if this is true, then just stack all the product columns (Tables>Stack)
select one row where the qty is 0, right click and select all matching rows, then delete rows.
In the Association Analysis, Product goes into the Item role, and Customer/Transacton ID goes into the ID role.
