JMP 18_+ crea un oggetto jmp.DataTable che è un riferimento attivo ai dati.
Python Get ( dt ) ottiene un riferimento JSL all'oggetto tabella dati Python.
Python Get (df) crea una tabella dati da un dataframe pandas che è una COPIA dei dati.
JMP 18 - Python Get (df) usa effettivamente CSV per ottenere un DataFrame come JMP DataTable, cosa che è stata lasciata per compatibilità. Dovresti creare un dt dal df in Python e usarlo con Python Get().
JMP 19 aggiunge il supporto al protocollo Portable Dataframe in modo che sia facile creare una JMP DataTable da un dataframe Pandas in memoria senza dover scorrere le colonne e crearne di nuove. dt = jmp.from_dataframe( df )
In JMP 19, Python Get (df) dovrebbe creare una nuova tabella dati che è una COPIA direttamente dal dataframe in memoria. Se per qualsiasi motivo non riesce a convertire automaticamente in memoria, ricorre al CSV invece di fallire.
