Is there a type of Box that when placed onto a Journal and will accept User input like typing?

Hi,

I have a Journal with two graphs and I want to add "text boxes" above and below the graphs where I can type comments about the graphs. I have tried, Spacer Boxes and Text Boxes without success.

Is this possible?
