Create Dashboard with Changing Data

Is it possible to create a dashboard which includes a bar chart where you can select the data that is displayed on the y-axis from a set of options. I am thinking for example of having a simple tick box or drag down menu to select the column of data from the current data table which is displayed. If I had 2 separate graphs which had different variables on the x-axis but the same y-axis, would it be possible for both of them to update with the new selected data column?

All of what you suggest is possible. Seeing that you are a new member, and judging from the question you asked, I suggest that you start your learning on how to do this, by reading the Discovering JMP under the Help Pull Down Menu. It is my estimation, that to fully complete your desired solution, you will need to use some JSL. Therefore, once you have become comfortable with the material in the Discovering JMP document, you will need to move on to the Scripting Guide, available from the JMP Documentation Library under the Help Pull Down Menu.

Do you know if there is a way to link the column selector with the local data filter? When the y-axis is switched to a different column, I want the data filter to also switch to this column of data so that it limits the data displayed.
