Database Open Table - Error "Unable to get columns in data table"

Hi,

i am trying to connect to a PostgreSQL-Database with JMP 15. I can establish a connection and see all available schemas, tables and views. But when selecting schema and table, JMP gives an Alert stating "Unable to get columns in data table".

Any idea where this might come from?

I am able to succesfully access the data using Python or pgAdmin with the same database account.
