Identify variation region/segment from two identical populations. Thank you for your help!I am comparing two counting methods for a range of numbers. Overall the two methods gave out identical populations of numbers (t-test). To further explore I am trying to examine which data segment(s) varied the most out of the whole number range. The hypothesis is that there might be a subpopulation that would have large variation between the two methods that we want to avoid . What might be an effective way other than PCA?
