Recently, thanks to the development of data collection technology, various types of big data can be easily collected in the manufacturing process. Big data also includes information that can predict product quality. The introduced case includes factor Y, which is the result of quality judgment, and some categorical factor X has very diverse characteristics.
By conducting statistical analysis of supervised and unsupervised learning with various functions provided by JMP, the possibility of predicting quality from data of the manufacturing process was reviewed.
