Hi all,
I (a customer) stumbled across some behavior of which I am not sure whether there is a purpose:
When I create a contour plot with dots and color it by a continuous variable, the option "Maintain Aspect Ratio" does not work anymore. Is there a purpose behind?
What I noticed is, that it works fine when there is still enough space for the graph in the window. As soon as it gets tighter, the graph is shrunken down . First without maintaining the aspect ratio, and finally with scrollbars. The legend for example never changes size when adjusting window size.
The customer is using the graphs in internal presentations switching between tables and windows. Therefore he needs the graph as large as possible, so the aspect ratio is damaged as soon he rearranges his windows.
If this is the natural way this works, does anybody know how to handle this? One non-ideal option is of course to switch off "Fit to window", but then he needs to rescale each window when he wants to show the graph.
So maybe there is no straight answer, but I thought I give it a try
Thanks for any thoughts or comments
Best regards,
Florian
