Executive summary:
- Download and install the attached JMP Add-in
- Launch the ratings application from your Add-Ins menu
- Ratings are saved automatically
- Submit ratings by end of day, 23Oct2017
It's time to rate the papers!
The call for papers has closed and now the hard work of selecting papers begins.
We will be using the attached JMP Add-in for the ratings process.
Please download the add-in and install it in JMP 13 (if you don't have JMP 13, please let me know!).
After installing it you will find a Rate JMP Discovery Papers item in your Add-Ins menu.
Choose this item and you can start the ratings process. You are asked to rate each paper/poster on a 5 point scale.
Notes:
- Use the Next and Previous buttons to move among the papers. Your ratings are saved automatically when you move to the next or previous paper.
- The Save button under the Comments field is only necessary if you're typing a long comment and want to make sure it's saved along the way.
- The Pop Out button will create a new window with the current paper. This is handy if you want to compare two papers on the screen at the same time.
- You can use the check boxes or the Advanced Filter to limit the papers shown.
- The Distributions report shows the number of papers you've assigned for each rating 1 through 5.
- You can close the window at any time and pick back up again later.
When you are done rating papers click the Submit button to send the results back to me (jeff.perkinson@jmp.com).
The application should open a new mail message and attach a JMP data table with your ratings. Please check for the attachment before sending. If the attachment isn't there, you'll find the ratings in a folder named Discovery on your desktop.
Please submit your ratings by the end of the day on 23Oct2017.

Anyway, I have gone through and rated the abstracts but havent been able to get to the add on or anything. Could we perhaps either have a webex to see if we can sort it out or shall i just input to the discussion when we have it?

servers. When i try and download the papers i get the following message
regarding my license. This is true for pc jmp but is not taking into
account our server access:

It was a matter of web browser.
On my corporate PC, it doesn't work with Microsoft IE 11. I had not even the paper clib visible.
I've installed Chrome and have finally been able to get the add-in. Now it's ok
