Executive summary:
- Papers have been ranked based on the ratings submitted by the committee
- Download and install the attached JMP Add-in
- Launch the paper review application from your Add-Ins menu
- Final paper selections will be made during our call on Monday, 14Nov.
- We will select sixteen (16) 30-minute papers and eight (8) 45-minute papers, plus alternates in each group
Thanks to all of you for rating the abstracts for the conference. Many of you commented on how many good papers were submitted.
We have aggregated the ratings and ranked the papers by average rating. Papers with the same rating are tied at that rank.
I'm attaching another JMP Add-in here. This one will allow you to see the rankings, average and standard deviation of the rating and comments.
We will use this application during our call to make the final selections. In the meantime you can review the rankings and prepare yourself to advocate for the papers you think should be selected.
During our call on Friday, we will need to select sixteen (16) 30-minute papers and eight (8) 45-minute papers, plus alternates in each group.
For the poster selection, unless there is objection to a specific poster we will offer poster presentation slots to all the poster abstracts.
We will offer poster slots to any abstract author who's paper is not selected.
