We will have the Pre-Conference Steering Committee Meeting at 16:30 at the Top Floor Boardroom.

To get there (18^th floor), take please the elevator facing the reception, to the right. We have placed some signs to make it easier to find.

Yes, Christian, we will pause a bit to allow for you and others to make it up from the tutorials.

Maria, the tutorials are going until 16:30. In order to allow some time to move to the 18th floor it is a better to start a couple of minutes later.
