Email blast translations in Smartling process

Smartling translations to be initiated by content owner
After translations are completed in Smartling and confirmed in blue prints, content owner contacts webmaster to COPY the Language copy pages to the equivalent location in the Live copy site.

Content owner modifies links/content/page rename as needed and finalizes from that location (Live Copy site).

NOTE: There may be cases where we need to create the folder structures in both places before sending the translations (e.g. 2021 folder for next year). In this case, contact the webmaster to help you create it.
