Multivariable Quality Methods Here are the materials I used during my talk at the Micron JMP Day on 27Sept17. The Probe data sets are modified versions of the JMP Sample library table where I have removed a number of outliers. I have also made a table of specs that can be used for the Process Capability and Process Screening platforms.
