Question: the mean that is displayed within the plot is dependent upon data type and whether or not there is value ordering. Can you please let me know what is being considered to calculate the means when there are different properties?<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />Value ordering applied.

No value ordering, Continuous.

No value ordering, Ordinal data.

Here is the response:
I think there are two implications affecting the statistics in your graph builder plots: 1) In Graph Builder, statistics for categorical (ordinal/nominal) columns are computed on the internal level numbers, which are integers starting at 0. 2) A consequence of using Value Labels or Value Ordering on continuous variables is that the variable is treated as categorical. This means the axis dimensions are level numbers rather than data values and the behavior in #1 would kick in. Why you have 3 sets of stats and not 2 confuses me. I am thinking the plot with value ordering should match the ordinal plot. And the continuous one without value ordering would be different than those two.
