Multilinear Regression with categorical input variables and automatic VIF

Hi,

I have a continuous output variable and many categorical input variables. I have hot encoded the categorical variables. When I do regression using stepwise method, I get a good fit. I was wondering if I can automatically remove any collinearity. I can get VIF after the fit though.
