@Laura_Higgins - I am not able to access the session video in this post in either Chrome or Edge. I get an error saying that "This video is either unavailable or not supported in this browser" (see screenshot). However, when I click the "view in my videos" link at the bottom of the post, I am able to play the video just fine.

Hi @hpri . I am sorry that you are not able to view the video in your preferred browser. We are currently working with our vendor to resolve the issue. As you discovered, you can view the videos by clicking the "View in my videos" link. Another option would be to use Firefox or Safari as your browser.
