typically stdf file comes with limits embedded in the files. loading on jmp14 limits shows with distribution plot when loading same data in jmp15 no limits show with distribution

As @txnelson has implied above, the resolution will depend on who wrote the code that reads the binary STDDF files. If you are using a third-party add-in (such as QuickLoad-JMP from Spry Software), you should contact the supplier. It should be an easy fix, especially if the required column properties are already present.

How are the STDF files being read into JMP? Are the column properties for spec limits set for the columns you are doing the distribution on?
