Open folder using column value

All, 

I am trying to open a folder by searching the characters of its filename based on a column value in my JMP data then concatenate all of the excel file from each folder into one file. I managed to create the concatenation part but not the first part, which is to retrieve the folder's filename from a specific JMP column

 

I tried this using this script I saw here as a reference but it doesn't seem to work for me

Please try Regex Match and Uppercase to make sure they're all in same case format
