I think we need to consider cleaning up the look of a user's profile and avatar as they are displayed on threads. Here are some examples from other forums. A couple of things to consider (and maybe some of these issues are known/reported already).

- The user info on our forum is far too skinny. It causes a lot of line breaks and clipping of the longer words into the discussion body (already reported).
- IMO, everything should be right justified, not centered. It looks cleaner to me.
- I think we need a vertical line break between the user information and the post body. Or a contrasting color (see example above).
- IMO, there is a lot of extra information here on our forum that should relagated to the details of the User CP, not on every post.
- Double avatar (small one not needed)
- Options LRT should be brought down or moved into the post body. Is this options for interacting with the user, or options for interacting with the thread (it is the later)? Right now it's confusing.
- Text for "New contributor" and others should be much smaller. Try to fit on a single line. Widening the width of this User column will help too.
- I'd reformat registered info to be simplier and more compact. Perhaps: "Joined: Nov 2016". Again much smaller text, try to get it on one line.
- New contributor is listed twice. Remove one. Perhaps this will go with the removal of the second avatar.
- Post information should be moved to the post body, not the user info. If anything, add (in small text): "Posts: XXXX" (or do something like the audio forum example posted below (where the post date/time is on the top of the post, but separate from the user info.
- Remove the heavy stroke to the left of the user info section. It's taking up a lot of real estate that should be for text. Bang the user information right up against the side of the left margin, widen the user column and put a thin gray stroke to the right of the user info separating it from the post body.
