Can I set colstoredvalue to display in checkbox?

I have two colstoredvalue which are needed to be displayed in my checkbox but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I have this piece of code wherein the value of "New" should be the first colstoredvalue and "Reference" should be the value of the second colstoredvalue

check_list = {"New ", "Reference "};
todo_list  = {};

nw = new window("Please Select", << modal(),
    my_cb = checkbox(check_list),
		panelbox("",
			hlistbox(
                button box("OK",
                    keep_going = 1;
                    todo_list = my_cb << get selected;
                ),

                button box("Cancel", keep_going = 0)
			),
		),
);

If I am understanding your question you are asking how to get values out of a table?  Or are you asking something else?

 

Here is my response assuming you want to create the check list from the first 2 values in a data table column

Names Default to Here(1);

//create a table
dt = New Table("Demo", New Column("colstoredvalue", character, values({"New","Reference"})) );

check_list = dt:colstoredvalue[1::2];
todo_list  = {};

nw = new window("Please Select", << modal(),
    my_cb = checkbox(check_list),
		panelbox("",
			hlistbox(
                button box("OK",
                    keep_going = 1;
                    todo_list = my_cb << get selected;
                ),

);
