Neural actual vs predicted showing different results than saved FAST formula

Not sure what is happening. I run a large neural model (missing value coding and transform covariates on) in Jmp pro 12.1.

The predicted results shown in the actual vs predicted plot do not match up with the values calculated in the saved FAST formulas. Their is significant differences. Any ideas??

This appears to have been either user error, or a temporary issue with JMP, as the results with more recent model are behaving as expected.
