Feedback - yes, we actually want it!
As we roll out resources - FAQ's, training, documentation, etc we want to know if:
- these resources are helping you do your job better.
- the trainings are teaching you things you didn't know before.
- you can find what you need.
- there is something that we are missing that would be beneficial for you and your team.
We have received some extremely valuable feedback from our sales teams (Example Lauren Buck helped us rework the Pricing FAQ - thank you Lauren!) which only helps make the document better. So as you reviewing any of our materials and have an idea of how to make it more valuable for our global sales teams - we are all ears! External Resources Page for JMP Pro
In an effort to make it easier for our customers (and sales teams) to find resources around our different products we have been creating resource pages that house a curated list of webcasts, white papers, customers stories, etc by product. This past week we published the JMP Pro Resources page. This page will allow our sales teams to easily find and share JMP Pro resources. Please note the JMP Live Resources page, JMP Clinical Resources page, and JMP Genomics page already available. You can always find these links in the product management index as the product's "External Resources Page".
How are you using the EA program?
The early adopter program can be a useful item to share with prospects and customers as it really is part of the JMP licensing package. The EA program should be positioned as part of the total value of the annual license of JMP. The EA allows customers to have:
- A voice in the development of our products
- A more agile way to work with JMP development vs. standard tech support channels and waiting for a fix in a maintenance or major release.
- A good way to test out JSL scripts and other important items prior to GA of the version of JMP.

We are in the process of building out resources/documentation for JMP Pro and instead of starting from scratch we thought we would crowdsource from our sales teams - the experts! We would love to hear from our sales teams on the most common sales objections (and suggested responses if you have them) received for JMP Pro. These objections are intended to help sales ask probing questions to stimulate a conversation.
