디스플레이를 위한 Prev Sib 구현

When buidling a display tree in a new window I cannot traverse the tree in reverse direction. So I can use number edit box << sib to find the next display box, but I cannot use <<>

JMP 15에는 << Prev Sib () 메시지가 있습니다.
