Gauge R&R results differences between JMP 11 vs JMP 13

Question

I recently upgraded to JMP 13 from JMP 11 and I’m getting different results when running the Gauge R&R option under the Variability/Attribute Gauge Chart. With the same data set, I'm getting different % of Tolerance for the Gauge R&R Measurement Variation values. I overlayed the variability plots and they are identical, just the measurement variation values are vastly different. I need to explain the difference to my customers and need to understand if there was a bug fix or a difference in how the Gauge R&R analyzes the data. Thanks
