If Add Study does not work after running JMP Clinical

First, open the configuration file in the following path.

C:\Program Files\SASHome\SASFoundation\9.4\sasv9.cfg

After crediting, copy and paste the following command as it is and save it.

-config "C:\Program Files\SASHome\SASFoundation\9.4\nls\u8\sasv9.cfg"

Run JMP Clinical again, and run Add Study.

This error occurs because SAS must be running in Unicode mode.
