ForumTopicPage replies need to contemplate a multi-page possibility

The work to indent replies on ForumTopicPage is great but when the topic spans multiple pages the replies don't behave properly.

This is fixed. I'm going to spend some more time on this tomorrow fine-tuning, but the issue itself is resolved.
