If your JMP license has expired:
- Find out, which JMP version, you are using: Click on “Help” and “About JMP”. If you are using JMP version 12.1 or later, see below. If you are using JMP version 12.0 or earlier: Ask Atos!
- When trying to open JMP, an error message occurs: “Your license for JMP expired on…”. The same message allows you to either click on “Continue” or to “Open License”. The first option can only be used until March 15.
- If you click “Open License”, you are prompted for the location of the license file. Point to the directory R:\NZALL\Shareall\Statistics\JMP_Licenses\12 (for JMP version 12.1 or 12.2) or R:\NZALL\Shareall\Statistics\JMP_Licenses\13 (for JMP version 13.0, 13.1 or 13.2), where R is the drive letter for the drive NZfileshares (\\nzww.nzcorp.net).
- Then choose the license file: Either the file JMP.PER or a txt file with a very long name… (Either file can be used, as indicated by JMP).
- After finishing this procedure, JMP confirms, that the JMP license has been updated.
