Presentation Overview: JMP is packed with tools to help predict future events, but those same tools can be used to look in to the past to see what really caused a problem. By taking a huge dataset full of tool parameters, chamber information and timings you can use JMPs Partitioning tool to identify what is really causing that uptick in defects…what used to take days of detective now takes minutes. This talk will also introduce us to the clustering platform…a powerful way to group similar observations that can then be used, for example, to identify likelihoods of failure later on. This is a talk on the future of how you will approach data analysis.
