- What you need
- A Program that is Listed
- Events that are Listed
- A message on the Program Page that says how long the videos will be available. On the Program page, you add the description in the Custom HTML area. (See sample at the end of this document)
- Someone to remember to delete the videos when they are no longer available
- For each video, no Chat, Q&A, Polling or Participant Info.
- Require Registration (there is no verification that they are with company, though; this is just for reporting) Just ask First Name, Last Name, Email.
- Prevent downloading
- A password. I suggest make it simple (all lower case) for them and you to remember using the format _< monthday of recording>. For example: FirstSolar_april10. ALTERNATELY, you can give each session in the program the same password.
- Send WebEx links and password to your company Champion. We have sent the Program page link and then each Event Page link. With each Event Page link, you need to send the password. Remember to copy the link from WebEx. After you click it, it resolves to your private WebEx specific link. For example, see below where you get the Program Link.
