Contour Plot: Overlayed Plot for robustnes studyHow can I do such an overlayed contour plot?

In the attached paper from Charlene Brisbane/Radhakrishna Maroju/Steve Barash, allTeva, are some contour plots of a biologic formulation experiment displayed. (Pages 801-803 - somewhere in the middle). The first is a factor by factor contour what we can do as well. Then she overlays one dimension - nothing I could do at least. At the end the second dimension got overlayed so she got an overlay of factor1 by factor 1/factor2 by factor2/... in one single contour plot. I understand that with that approach she wants to find a rectangular/quadratic region for her robust space and the extrapolated rectangular/quadratic space for the maximal robust ranges of all parameters.
However I cannot find a way to create a factor1 by factor1 contour plot nor an overlayed one as in the paper. They said they used JMP for it (and MS Office).
Re: Contour Plot: Overlayed Plot for robustnes studyMy money is on them making the bits and pieces in JMP, exporting them to PowerPoint, ungrouping the graphical elements, and then reconstructing it into a single graph. Those overlay lines are a dead giveaway for it being annotated in PPT.
