Seeking volunteers to host recording sessions for Discovery Summit papers

Executive Summary: We need 15-20 volunteers to host Zoom recording sessions during the month of August. Click here if you want to volunteer.

 

Details:

• You will use Zoom to host meetings with Discovery paper/poster authors. The author(s) will present their content while you record the session.
• Sessions will be one hour(ish).
• Sessions will be scheduled based on available times on your calendar.
• Recording sessions will be completed by the end of August.
• Training for recording hosts will scheduled soon.
• We have 65 sessions to record. The more volunteers we have, the fewer sessions you will have to host. 
• We need volunteers in timezones across the US, and one or two volunteers in Europe.

Any willing staff members, but they'll need a Zoom seat. All of the SE/Technical Enablement folks have them already. We've got a few extra to allocate. I'm going to send a separate note to others today.
