We have had some really useful feedback already.
Thank you to everyone that has completed the very short survey. If you have not done it yet, here it is:

Most people commented that they liked seeing everyone in the class. There are a lot of comments like this:
- "I enjoyed seeing everyone on camera. "
- "Introductions - Great meeting everyone!"
- "putting names with faces"
Some comments for What Would You Change?:
- "We could have done an Intro on our thoughts on JMP in maybe 1 slide" - Good idea. We will think about that for next time.
- "I wish MS Teams showed all participants at once instead of just 9 people." - I agree! We will look into that but I think it is something that we can not change. We thought about using Zoom or other platforms but MS Teams is our standard at SAS and JMP. So it makes sense to use the platform that you will use at JMP.
- "have a list of all participants in advance to help you remember the names" - You have that here: https://community.jmp.com/t5/JMP-Academy-Cycle-5-Library/Attendee-List-and-Assigned-Teams/ta-p/276925
- "Perhaps could be more casual and fun since it's just a get-to-know each other session, as it could help everyone to break some ice
" - Yes. Let us know what ideas you have. We normally have a drinks reception at the start of JMP Academy in Cary. What can we do online that would make it more casual and fun? Please comment below with your ideas.
- "Bandwidth is always an issue on Teams so perhaps only turning cameras on when you are going to be speaking would be best." Good point. We will think about that.
- "more info about weekly assignments.... when assigned, when due type thing" - You will find more information about the team homework exercise for week 1 here. You will find out more in the session on Wednesday 15 July. The homework should be completed before Monday 20 July.
Please keep this discussion going in the comments section below.
Thanks,
