How to set the contour with discrete color lines in surface plot?Hi, profs and experts. I'm trying to make a response surface graph with contour lines below. However, I came across with this issue: How to set the contour with discrete color lines in surface plot(Fig.1)?
It seems that the contour can only be defined as one specified color(Fig.2).
An example which I would like my graph to resemble is uploaded below(Fig.3).

DOEGraphicsRe: How to set the contour with discrete color lines in surface plot? Here is a surface plot I did in JMP.....what exactly is missing from this chart to what you want? I chose a black mesh, but it can be whatever color you want. Is it the physical lines between the contour colors that you want?
Re: How to set the contour with discrete color lines in surface plot?Thank you for replying.
However, I didn't mean the mesh or physical lines between the contour plot. The contour plot I referred to is the one below the response surface, which should lie on the X*Y area(I circled the area in the Fig added in this reply).
My hope is to generate a contour plot with color filled in the plain area like this, not like the default setting in which it generates only the contour plot line without color patterns filled in.
