I need to do one simple thing in a static plot. The bubbles are scaled to % of students ranking a particular study habit (first choice, second choice, etc), and I'd like to label each bubble in the study habit x rank choice by the % of students. I see the % in the 'pop up' when I click on a bubble, but when I ask to label the bubble it gives me the rank order. Which is not useful.
