How you changed the Y-axis (Impurity axis in your case) from comma to period? I had a problem with that

The setting for period vs comma as the decimal separator is controlled by the Locale Format Settings in the JMP Preferences. On Windows, go to File > Preferences and select the Windows Specific group. On Mac, go to JMP > Preferences, select the Mac OS Settings group.
