Using the following steps will work:

Import your data directly and add two more index columns I and J like this:

Extract two subsets by I (e.g. Select Where + Subset, or Select Matching Cells + Data View, etc.), save, rename the first column in both subsets (if you cannot change column names, that is probably because the subsets are linked to the original table. Close the subset tables, then reopen. Should solve the problem.), and get:

Table L

Table V

JOIN them on J

And here is the result:

Change data type accordingly.
