Passing list or matrix to a platform instead of a column

Question

I created a quick simulation script that stores the result of each sim run in a list called sumList.  I would like to create a distribution of the values in sumList without first creating a table and adding them to the table.  Does anyone know how I could pass sumList to the distribution platform directly?

Platforms work on data tables, however, you can easily get around that with a simple piece of JSL like the below

Names Default To Here( 1 );
dtOrig = open("$SAMPLE_DATA/semiconductor capability.jmp");

sumList=dtOrig:npn1<<get as matrix;
close(dtOrig, nosave);

// Now you only have a matrix of values

// Create your output

dt=new table("dummy",private, new column("Sum", set values(sumList)));

dis = dt << Distribution(invisible,
	Continuous Distribution(
		Column( :Sum ),
		Process Capability( Use Column Property Specs )
	)
);

dis<<journal;

close(dt,nosave);
