Example Repeated Measures Data

This is the same data table posed in this thread: Questions about Multiple Response type in Categorical Platform

It has an attached script showing how Repeated Measures will work in JMP 13.

It appears the missing value code is there. I was simply running the script that was built in, so I did not modify anything. I found that if I change the modeling type to nominal and rerun the script, I no longer get the negative means values. However, I also get no items marked as significant. Is that the expected result?

When I download the file and run the Categorical script, I don't get any negative means.

Check the column properties on the columns where you're getting negative values, and make sure -9901 is added to the missing value codes:

When I run the script, I am getting a negative number for the means for some options.  Is this as intended?
