This was reported in Tech Support tracks 7611253334, 7611236044, 7611247870, 7611284662, 7611491457, 7611492519.

We tracked it internally in Defect S1074256, described thusly:

Window > Close All does not close all windows if at least one file is not saved and you tell JMP to "Save None".

It is corrected in JMP 12.0.
