Sinovant Sciences, the Shanghai-based biopharmaceutical company with products spanning such therapeutic areas as oncology, infectious disease, urology, metabolic disease, pulmonary disease, gastroenterology, dermatology and rare diseases, recently acquired two JMP Clinical licenses.
One of Jessica Wang’s customers gave her the contact information for a potential user at Sinovant. Taking this opportunity, Jessica connected with the Sinovant customer and demonstrated how JMP Clinical would be a good tool for Sinovant’s clinical trial research. At an onsite meeting with researchers and the IT department, Jessica was able to collect information about Sinovant’s analytical needs and then devise a plan on how JMP could help.
Jessica prepared a demo of JMP Clinical that focused on medical review using visual reports. Jessica then met with Sinovant’s CEO to ensure JMP Clinical met their analytical requirements and had the support of the top management. Jessica’s approach worked, culminating in the JMP Clinical licenses. She concludes, “We will keep working with the customer and hope to drive more upgrade opportunities.”
